Keeping In Touch

I hope you are all well and keeping safe.  At this time we are not having daily contact with the children and so schools across the country are thinking of new ways to keep this contact going. We have Google Classroom where children can talk to each other and to their teachers.  We have noticed that some children are not accessing Google Classroom and so we would ask that they login and communicate on the stream daily.  We appreciate that completing school work online is a very unusual feeling and that is why it is so important that they login daily as their teachers are there to help them.  If you have issues with accessng Google Classroom then please email and we will do our best to sort it remotely.

We would ask that parents do not communicate to teachers on the stream as this is seen by all children.  This method of communication is for the children and teachers (of course you can see what is being said and we would ask that you ensure your children are safe online at all times).  If you need to ask a question then please email separately.  This is to safeguard all our children.  Thank you.

This email is designed as a Keeping In Touch Email.  Everyone will receive a regular email from Mrs Faulkner.  Future Keeping In Touch emails will come from .  We ask that you respond to these emails within 48 hours of receiving them. 

If we do not receive a response from you within 4 days of an email being sent then we will follow up with a telephone call (this will come from a withheld number).  If you do not respond to this then we will need to carry out a welfare check.

Your response can be as simple as a quick hello and outlining how you have been.  Remember that your health is important and we are there for you too.

Unfortunately we have no idea how long school will be closed for, but if there is anything we can do for you then we will certainly try to help.

Please get your child to login to Google Classroom everyday and communicate with their teacher.
